This 4 bed/4 bath single family home has been reimagined into a luxury vacation rental property with all the bells and whistles. The client wanted this investment property to generate over $8K in monthly rental income, so DeAries Design set out to create a space that delivered the luxury getaway that even the most discerning traveler would sign up for. With a budget of $50K, DeAries Design helped create and execute a plan and design that fully transformed a basic home into the ideal vacation destination, with every detail considered including furniture and landscaping. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is already garnering rave reviews.
